The low temperature water (secondary return water) flowing through the user's heat sink after the filter decondamination, by the circulating pump pressurized into the heat exchanger, absorb the heat released by the primary heat medium, reach the set temperature of water supply, and then flow to the heating pipe network for the user to heat;
Heat source through the primary heat network (primary water) through the filter, regulating valve, into the heat exchanger after the release of heat (secondary water), by the heat medium return pipe to return the heat source (secondary return water) is heated again to participate in the cycle of heat transfer;
According to the operating condition of the system, the water pump replenishes the secondary circulating water system with constant pressure timely.
Key points and principles of selection
1. Flow rate and value:
(1) Flow rate of heat exchange pipe network: refers to the inlet and outlet pipes.
② Flow rate of unit main pipe: Pipe diameter ≦ 80, choose 1m/s, ≧ 100.
③ Angle hole flow rate: up to 6m/s (four imports and exports).
④ the flow rate between plates: 0.4 ~ 0.8m/s (L-type 0.8, M-type 0.6, H-type 0.4).
2. Heat exchange area: refers to the area of the heat exchanger, the area of the single plate * the number of participating heat exchange pieces (total number of pieces minus two)
(1) Calculation of heat transfer area:
Heat transfer area = heat transfer/heat transfer coefficient/logarithmic mean temperature difference/dirt coefficient
(2) Calculation of heat transfer:
Heat exchange = building area * heating heat index (i.e., heat load)
